forms. This option will output a nice, impressive printed form and clear

As displaying above, the information
of the business will be printed out as the header of every letters output from
this software. This is a good way to remind customers about the conjunction
between the business and customers and, moreover, the effective the business’
icon on the market.
Purchase Order:
This feature helps users to create a purchase order very conveniently and quickly with many already-included terms and conditions. Moreover, it also has the print preview option to present the output paper before printing it out.
Purchase order form displays edit boxes with
several related details. After filling the essential details the software will
automate create a new invoice and save it into the database for future
accessing and modifying easily when user have requirements in the future. This
task now looks like “taking a pen out of the pocket” instead of “searching the
needle under the lake” in the past.
Purchase order preview displays the WYSIWYG
(What You See Is What You Get) paper and this will be the output from the
printer when the user clicks on print button. In addition to that, the program
also includes several terms and conditions for user to choose in ordering and
purchasing invoices at the bottom of the printout.
Invoice
feature:
This option helps the user to create, print
and manage invoices of all customers. Beside that, it also keeps track of all
of business’ operations through functions like managing the due invoice and
list of sold items.
Invoice form displays needed information to
create a new invoice. In this form, the program can calculate versatile the
total amount of the product both included taxes or discounted a small amount
to fix a designated total. For example, somebody wants to purchase a product
from your business with the price USD 98.99 and he only has USD 100 in hand.
After calculating taxes, the total amount is over the money that the customer
has. What should the owner do whether he denies the customer or sales that
product without taxes. Yet, the latter can cause problem to the owner with
IRS when he sold a product without including taxes. However, BMS-2000 can
solve this problem by providing the additional function that allows the owner
to include or discount part of the total amount to fix with the customer’s

Invoice print preview displays a sample invoice output. The user can print it
out with a printer quickly with every included details on the paper. By this

short period of time.
Furthermore, List of Invoice Print Preview option can display invoices based on the customers’ database to manage the total sale to each customer and preview customer’s history for a reasonable price.
And beside that, Items List Print Preview
can display list of sold items for the manager to supervise the amount of
merchandise in stocks to predict the needed amount in order to fill the short
items for future proceeding.
Due-invoices list reminds user the due billing and due date to avoid the overcharge fee to late bills. This function can help busy businessmen to remind the due date in case they have to much things to do and they do not have time to recall their due date.
