This function helps to manage and monitor the merchandises and amount of certain items in stock. In addition to that, BMS-2000 allows user to scan and manage goods through their bar codes that can save a lot of time in typing and searching for any specific items.

Inventory update form helps to create new record for new coming items on the inventory list. Besides, the program also offers the option to create records of items from the same company, for example, the user can observe products that they purchase from the Sony or Compaq to any items from that company very easily and clearly. Moreover, BMS-2000 also allows the user to delete items out of stock or out of production so that they can limit the total amount of items in managing and purchasing operations.

Bar codes print preview displays several bar codes of on-stock items. This function can help to reduce time in typing the new coming products and help the manager in easily accessing to any specific product that he wants.
